Now, I think a St. Augustine horse carriage tour is wonderful any time of the day or night and most anytime of the year, although, sometimes in the summer it is a bit too hot for me and the horses. My favorite tour would be in December when it is a bit chilly, the Christmas lights are twinkling overhead and the sun has just set. Perfect!
